1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription to IPTV Canada (IPTV Box), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

IPTV Canada provides access to an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that includes live channels, video on demand (VOD) content, and associated features (EPG, Catch-up). The service is provided through paid subscriptions, with plans and pricing as indicated on our pricing page.

3. Eligibility

To use the service, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older, or have supervision from a responsible adult
• Have an internet connection with adequate speed (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
• Own a device compatible with the service

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Available Plans

The service is available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans, as indicated on our current pricing page.

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

4.3 Activation

After payment confirmation, your access credentials are sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours (typically within 5 minutes).

4.4 Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified by email before your subscription period ends if you wish to renew your service.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days after activation, provided that:

• The request is made via email or WhatsApp within the stated timeframe
• The reason is dissatisfaction with the service or unresolved technical issues despite support assistance

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service exclusively for personal, non-commercial use
• Not share your access credentials with third parties outside your household
• Not redistribute, resell, or make any commercial use of the service without express authorization
• Not attempt to circumvent technical security measures of the service
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes

7. Service Limitations and Interruptions

IPTV Canada commits to ensuring the highest possible service availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance whenever possible)
• Technical failures of third-party infrastructure (network operators, content providers)
• Force majeure events

Brief service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through the service (channels, films, series) is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights of their respective owners. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the content you view.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for any user who violates these Terms, without right to refund, including but not limited to:

• Sharing or reselling credentials
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Fraudulent use of the service

10. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Canada is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Content of third-party websites to which our site may link
• Damage caused by viruses or malicious code on your devices resulting from use of the service

IPTV Canada's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid for the active subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside. In case of dispute, parties commit to pursuing alternative dispute resolution methods preferentially. Canadian consumers may access dispute resolution services through provincial consumer protection offices.
