Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in their original box and plastic packaging. The contents also must be in new and unused condition (Android TV Box, TV Box remote, HDMI cable, and wall plug.)
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain authorization. After receiving authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method, such as Canada Post, to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two(2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
